I am a self-motivated and progress-driven individual with an extensive background in this industry. I have more than 16 years of experience in the IT Industry and as a BA have extensive experience in analysing, evaluating, and reviewing various business systems and user needs right from the inception of the project.
In my previous role, I have experience in coordinating with business users and stakeholders to understand the business requirements and scope. Understanding their problem statements and proposing solutions. Managing multiple stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Performing documentation of CRs, User Stories as well as Release Notes. Providing grooming to the internal team members both at offshore and onsite to ensure a better understanding of the business requirements. Coordinating review of functional test cases and helping the QA team with business scenarios and test coverage. Testing the functionality on a high level to ensure the fix provided works as per the expected behavior. Performing UAT as well as postproduction support to the customers after every release. Keeping track of the planned releases and working on prioritizing the defect backlog and planning the next release based on the business priorities.
