I’m a post-graduate from Amity University, Dubai, UAE, Majored in HR and Minor in leadership with first division at the year of 2016 and Undergraduate in Business Management, India with CGPA: 6.6 at the year of 2013. Additionally, I’m certified in CHRR (Certification in Human Resource and Recruitment) where I have gained skills like Attention to details, Patience and Flexibility, IT skills, learned to prepare job description, specification, and offer letter. While undertaking post-graduation I obtained one-month internship from Avis Al Otaiba Bus Transportation Service, Dubai, UAE.

Accountable for employee satisfaction survey, revision on employee code of conduct, assisting in orientation process by preparing PowerPoint presentation, onboarding, and clerical duties.

Mid of 2019 I welcomed my daughter and took some time off to be with my family, however during my career break, I self-engaged in family business performing duties like maintain book of LPO and Invoices, handling mails, updating the system, contrasting two documents to identify errors and duplications, and maintaining attendance logbook.

I'm a MBA in HR from amity university 2013-2015. majored in Human Resource and leadership as sub. course was a generalized theory of human resource and its aspects.
