• Working closely with the Directors to manage investment execution, settlement, position management, and reporting
• Production of performance reports. Assessing performance metrics. Monitoring and maintaining internal Profit and Loss data base, investment entry, cash movements related to investment activity
• Oversight of investment execution working with external managers and counterparties, managing fund subscriptions and redemptions
• Managing and maintaining the investment database, keeping up to date records of all investment activity. Maintaining forward-looking cash-flow projections for the investment portfolio, tracking budget vs. actual variances
• Producing investment reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Working closely with the Finance team on daily cash management, cash flow forecasting maintaining the firm’s books and records. Reconciling cash and holdings with fund administrators and custodians. Monitoring financing balances held at external banks/brokers
• Liaise with external auditor for audit purposes. Liaise with internal auditor and ensuring company adherence to policies and procedures.
• Reviewing month/quarter/year end closing valuations and perform reconciliations internally with investment team, finance, and fund administrator/external advisors/private banks.
• Overview of NAV reports and resolving any discrepancies.
• Manage all aspects of back-office operations for investment portfolios, to include overview of custody, accounting, reporting, transaction processing, data management, cash flow reporting, performance reporting, assist with operational due diligence and new account set ups
• Manage on-going relationships with various service providers including custodians, consultants.
