• Qualified professional Civil Structural Designer with 10+ years of overall industry experience in various large scale Projects (FEED & EPC) in Oil & Gas offshore platforms / Onshore plants & Building projects.
• Extensive experience in Offshore / Onshore 3D Modeling, develop arrangements, Conceptual FEED studies, Design, detailing and drafting of Structural engineering which includes preparation of Plot plan layout, General Arrangements and detail design drawings for Offshore Fixed Platforms Topsides Primary, Secondary and tertiary Structures and Onshore Technological Civil & structures, Buildings, Pipe racks etc.
• Involved in 3D Modeling as well as preparation of drawings for Offshore platforms / Decks,Topside Primary & Secondary Framings, Node connections, Material Handling and all appurtenance drawings, Access Platforms, Sea fastening, Lifting hooks / Pad eye drawings, Outfitting’s steel such as Equipment Supports, Stair tower, Floor/Beam Penetrations, Clamps, Tertiary structures, Grating/Plating and other Miscellaneous structure’s.
• Preparation of Civil design / detailed drawings like Site Grading, Foundation drawings for vertical and horizontal vessels, Flare, Pipe racks, Skids, Pits, reinforcement detail drawings Bar bending schedule for concrete structures, foundation plot plan, miscellaneous Civil drawings for Roads/ Fences/ Gates/ drainage layouts, Underground facilities etc.
• Preparation of design / fabrication drawings for onshore structural like Skids, pipe-racks, Off-Skid Platforms / Secondary Structures, Pipe Supports, Cable tray Supports, Shelters, Steel Buildings etc.
• Worked in AISC, DIN, BS, JIS, EN standard codes, Practices and standards for various clients across the globe in Oil and gas industry.
• Organize periodic model review with other disciplines and resolve interdisciplinary issues.
• Responsible for delivering project deliverable documents and drawings on the assigned projects within allocated time frame / Schedule.
• To support Lead Engineer / Designer throughout execution of the Projects & Provided Guidance less experienced Designers and Discipline procedures, standards, worksheets, software’s, technical queries, etc.
• Perform all assigned work to agreed standards for safety, health environment and demonstrate a commitment to attaining high levels of HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) performance.
