I am a highly motivated and results-driven professional with a strong background in business management, strategy and design thinking.

I have amassed 15 years of experience in the banking sector and an additional 5 years in consultancy. Through this extensive background, I have developed a diverse and valuable skill set, including expertise in sale, marketing, business development, sales, product management/ownership, R&D and digital transformation.

I consider myself empathetic, optimistic, open to experimentation, collaborative, and comfortable with ambiguity, and mostly curious about finding the reasons and defining the problems to eventually find innovative and sustainable solutions. I am also a lifelong learner and highly value the opportunity to continuously grow.

In my current role as a Business Strategy & Design Consultant, heading the Design-Lab department at Liaassurex, and reporting directly to the CEO, I am responsible of planning the digital transformation strategy and road map of the company from one side, and applying a customer-centric design methods to create new business models from another side.

Prior to joining liaasuurex, I was a senior project manager in the R&D dept. at Bank Audi.

During my career at Bank Audi, I shifted among different departments which has taught me to adapt fast and learn quickly the ins and outs of each new role

As an international business science BA graduate, I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Business Science with a focus on international business. Over the course of my four-year program, I acquired a strong foundation in essential disciplines such as international marketing, finance, economics, supply chain management, and cross-cultural communication.

Continuing my dedication to professional growth, I have actively pursued learning opportunities throughout my business career. I have enrolled in various seminars and training sessions, consistently staying updated on industry trends and best practices. These educational endeavors have enabled me to expand my knowledge and skills in areas such as strategic management, leadership, and negotiation.

In addition to seminars and training, I have also obtained certifications that further enhance my expertise in different lines of business. Notably, I recently obtained certification in the design thinking methodology from The University of Sydney. This certification has equipped me with a unique problem-solving approach and the ability to employ innovative strategies to address complex business challenges.
