Just to introduce myself quickly, after studying Social Psychology and applying it to marketing, i decided to shift my career toward my main passion: Psychology and Human development. I have completed a certification who allow me to administrate psychometric tests to employees (personality and ability, BPS level A&B). Human development and management have always been my passion, helping other and create connexion within a company.
My previous roles combined with my psychological background allowed me to develop strong skills in communication and human development, by managing different teams and communicate with all the departments i have the capacity to understand human needs and adapt to all personality. In addition, i have analytical mindset being able to identify behaviours

Coordinate the media team with the input from strategy, implementation, data-driven insights and recommendations.
