QA/IMS Director with over 20 years of international management system experience of which the last 15 plus years within the GCC Construction / Design / Engineering Industry and carry an MSc in Project Management – Total Quality Management (Hons.). Experience covers a wide variety of projects (civil, infrastructure, rail, marine, aviation, operational system, etc.) from smaller to several multi-billion dollar multi project developments, next to several corporate roles.

I am a fully certified QHSE Lead Auditor with over 17 years of international experience, with additional experience within ISO 17025 (laboratory), ISO 19011 (auditing code of conduct) and EFQM.

For over 20 years I specialise in developing and/or enhancing integrated management systems(ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001), including full implementation of customised operating systems for mega developments or across various simultaneously ongoing projects to create a uniform benchmark process approach leading to further innovation of the operational system for all involved entities (lean quality).

I manage audit teams and quality teams to cover site works and system supervision, training programmes, supply chain monitoring, etc., including liaising with the Client and providing guidance support to Project Teams regarding quality issues and concerns, including resolving NCRs.

I perform various types of management system analysis (SWOT, GAP, T&I, SPC, KPA/KPI, COQ, RCA, QIR, CI, LLR, Q-R&O, Internal Benchmarking, Kaizen) to identify underlying root causes that can jeopardise the project progress and system efficiency to identify appropriate measures for rectification and mitigation (specialising in project constraints).
