A dedicated engineer willingly to take challenges and solve engineering problems with nearly 9 months of industrial and professional experience in numerical analysis including Computational Fluid Dynamics and Finite Element Analysis, mechanical CADmodelling and machine design. During my bachelor's academic period, I have become proficient in some of the prominent software which are being widely adopted by the Electronics and Mechanical Industries. Design and manufacturing of Vertical Axis Wind Turbine miniature in which CFD simulations with different airfoils and blade shapes were performed. list of tasks performed: 1. Conceptual model was built based on modern research on SOLIDWORKS. 2. Iterative study conducted related to change in blade's airfoil, shape, and orientation and analyzed on Star-CCM++. 3. Geometric optimization to counter any mechanical part failure. 4. Fabrication of VAWT.

Executed a roadmap study leading to aerodynamic stability of fixed wing UAV and development of autopilot modes.
List of tasks assigned and delivered: 1. Improvement of Center of Gravity location to counter excessive lift generated due to downwash effect.
2. Control surfaces trim position on ground and during flight.
3. Acquired control derivatives for steady level flight.4. PID based modes with negligible steady state error for Level 3 autonomous flight(NATO autonomy classification) including auto take-off(altitude hold), circuit cruise(heading control) and auto landing (glide path angle).
5. Detailed documentation of assigned tasks for publication purpose.

I have done internship in Pakistan Aeronautical Complex in which I acquired knowledge of manufacturing of JF-17 mechanical parts on CNC and Lathe. Experienced operations of different types of CNCs and their components: i- 3-axis vertical CNC (THS-100 Sinumerik) ii- forestline Bridge type CNC iii- 3 axis CNC (TK5 660C) Plant Maintenance Installation (PMI) visit conclusion: -> acquired knowledge of maintenance SOPs and Levels of maintenance. -> CNC installation and inspection methods -> purpose of maintaining CNC log book
