.I have a Ph.D. in International Management from La Trobe University Australia. I am currently teaching International Business in the City University of New York.

I am currently teaching International Business as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Brooklyn College (AACSB-accredited), CUNY. Brooklyn College serves students from as many as 150 countries who speak over 100 languages and dialects, thus constituting a vibrant microcosm of the rich diversity and energy that characterizes the borough of Brooklyn. At Brooklyn college we believe that the students coming from all over the world, bringing their diverse backgrounds to enhance and expand our global perspective and network. With a view to this, I am eager to engage with the diversity of our student body and have a demonstrated commitment to inclusion and heterogeneity through teaching, research, and/or service.
My commitment to equip my students with emerging knowledge and required new skills to succeed in their professional careers in management, marketing, human resource management, operations management, business analytics, and international business is visible through my passion to learn and grow through training and development courses/workshops to learn how to implement evidence-based teaching practices that promote student engagement, persistence to graduation, career readiness, and deeper levels of learning. I have recently got ACUE certification for effective college instruction. I have completed a 6-week workshop on Online Teaching Essentials (OTE, Section 02 July 2021) by SPS, CUNY. I immensely enjoyed learning and got a lot of benefits from implementing Trauma-Informed Educational Pedagogy (TIEP) in my teaching during the Covid 19 pandemic. I constantly update and tailor my curriculum\syllabus to bring students the background, expertise, and business practices they need to remain competitive and advance in their careers
. I have a Ph.D. degree in International Management/Marketing, an MPhil degree in Development Studies, and a master’s degree in Public Administration with work experience ranging from international business management and marketing, behavioral sciences, to cross-cultural management, ethnic/multicultural marketing, and gender development.
