1.Draw and Modify Piping Isometric Drawings as Per Client Requirements.
2.Implement and Verify Site Welding / Structural activities
3.Co-ordinate with Client and ADNOC Officials for Permits Preparation and Approvals
4.Preparing/Attending the TRA and Safety Meeting for ADNOC and Borouge Projects
5.Supporting with QA/QC Department for NDT Inspection And Document making.
- To perform Turbine & Boiler operation activities, continuous monitoring of auxiliary equipment, need to take necessary action when critical time of the plant as soon as possible.
- To perform running maintenance of turbine, Boiler & its auxiliaries.
- Monitoring the parameters of Desk operations & Log book Maintaining.
- Hot and cold start-ups of Boilers &Hot and cold startup of Turbine.
- Handling the emergency situation of Desk operations confidently & continuously.
- Operation & Maintenance of centrifugal pumps, Gear pumps, Vertical turbine pump & screw pumps.
- Operation & Maintenance of screw compressors and oil centrifuge machine.
- Operation & Maintenance of cooling tower fans and Air cooling condenser fans and blowers.
- Hands on experience in maintenance and overhauling (Dismantling, Inspection, Measurement, Repair/Replacement of internal parts) of Gearbox, couplings, water pumps, Fans and plate heat exchangers.
- Perform bearing clearance inspection and replacement.
- Perform valve inspection & overhauling. (Gate,Globe,Steamtraps&Hydralic valves)
- Operation and maintenance of oil purification unit to maintain the NAS level.
- Responsibility to monitor the major problems on running time & to be rectify on breakdown time.
