- Natixis - Tasked with developing and rolling out new commodity derivatives products and ensuring correct representation in the risk framework. Worked with the BA functions to ensure new complex indices were able to be marketed to clients with all internal controls being adjusted to facilitate smooth trading, execution and booking within the risk systems.
- BFC Bank - Engaged to set up the new treasury function and oversee the global FX positions to ensure compliance with PRA risk parameters. As a requirement of their new banking license BFC were required to monitor global FX balances and physical cash daily across all locations, to achieve this I helped implement, monitor, and test a real-time FX pairs risk system to ensure all currency exposures were quantified and correctly represented.
- Northern Trust - Engaged to roll out an internal dealing system across EMEA for all departments and locations to ensure ongoing compliance with FCA regulations. The MAR regulations required the bank to implement an effective internal system of controls to record and authorize employees personal securities trading activities. I was responsible for rolling out the system, providing training and managing the system up until handover to the risk department.
