Ghalib Mamdani

With over 20 years of international experience, I have led large-scale projects across the U.S., Middle East, Africa, and Asia. My background includes senior leadership roles with Al Futtaim, where I expanded the development portfolio and directed joint ventures across multiple regions, and with Emaar Properties, where I delivered landmark projects such as Dubai Mall Fashion Expansion, Dubai Hills Mall, and Expo Mall. Earlier in my career, I held senior roles with Goldman Sachs’ Archon Group, served as CEO of a private equity fund, and led development initiatives with AKDN across East and Southern Africa.

I bring both strategic insight and hands-on execution in evaluating, acquiring, and delivering complex projects.

Realestate acquisitions, due diligence, planning and development.

I have a BS in Architecture from the University of Texas in Arlington, USA.
