As a former Army personnel with extensive training in security management, I bring a wealth of experience in the fields of security and safety. My military background has equipped me with strong leadership skills, strategic planning capabilities, and a deep understanding of risk assessment and mitigation. I have successfully managed diverse teams and complex operations, ensuring the safety and security of personnel and assets in high-pressure environments.
I specialize in developing comprehensive security protocols, conducting threat assessments, and implementing effective safety measures. My hands-on experience in both military and civilian sectors allows me to adapt quickly to evolving challenges while maintaining a focus on operational excellence.
From July 2021 to the present, I have been employed as a Security Manager at Jiangnan Spring Group Dubai. Prior to this, I served as a Loss Prevention Officer at Atana Hotel Dubai from October 2018 to July 2021. Before my hospitality experience, I worked as a Prefect of Discipline and Faculty Member at Sunkyul Theological College and Seminary in Iloilo City, Philippines, from April 2016 to April 2018.
My earlier career includes a significant period as a Philippine Army Non-Commissioned Officer in the Armed Forces of the Philippines, spanning from September 2004 to February 2010. This experience highlights my career path that includes security management, loss prevention, education, and military service, indicating a range of responsibilities and acquired skills over time.
My academic journey began with a Bachelor of Theology, majoring in Humanities, at Sungkyul Theological College and Seminary in Iloilo City Philippines from June 2012 to March 2016. Subsequently, I pursued a Bachelor of Science in Office Administration, specializing in Office Management, at Philippine Christian University (PCU) from January 2023 to May 2024. Currently, as of January 15, 2025, I am enrolled in a Master in Management program at the PCU Manila Campus, with a major in National Security Administration.
