Handling Contract & RFQ for the contractors.
Doing Evaluation for the contractors cost before finalizing the contract.
Checking the design, soil Investigation report, and finalized with Designer for design.
Discussion with Designer and Soil investigation team if any improvement or any changing.
Prepared the Site Design documents with all reports for municipality submission process with coordination of Designer or consultant.
Site Coordination with Telecom Team for the Installation of Equipment and Integration for site On air.
Coordination with Power team for Generator and Main power connection for Power up the site.
Coordination with DU for Site sharing SS and site development as per Mutual Planning.
Handling and briefing RFQ discussion with Procurement department before floating any request.
Handling Turnkey Project GF & Roof Top & Sharing & Modernization for GSM sites and Buildings.
Weekly meeting with higher management for the progress of projects.
Weekly progress meeting with Contractors for progress evaluation.
Achieving Monthly Revenue targets sets by higher management.
Against revenue calculating the cost for the contractors.
Dealing with Dubai Municipality/Sharjah Municipality obtaining Building Permit for GSM work.
Obtaining Permits from private developers for GSM and optical fiber planning (Nakheel, Tarakhees, IMPZ, Dubai Properties etc.
Dealing with RTA for Temporary site development and obtaining approval for optical fiber route.
Obtaining NOC from Dewa, sewerage, Environmental water Electrical& DCA.
Preparation of HSE Documents for Development Sites.
Taking Care of PAC &FAC documents
Handling site acceptance team.
Updating all data in Maximo.
SQI (Site Quality Index achieving more than 90%, accordingly contractor will get the payment and Completion certificate.
Arranging Municipalities training for contractors if required any
