With experience as a Quality Control Analyst and Senior Lab Supervisor, I’ve developed expertise in procedure development, comprehensive analyses, and laboratory safety.

I started my career as a Lab Chemist at AMINAH ESTABLISHMENT FOR FOOD ADDITIVES INDUSTRY AND PACKAGING in Homs, Syria. There, I conducted various chemical analyses and spectroscopic analysis to enhance the quality and safety of products.

Later, I served as a Senior Lab Supervisor at Al Waleed Lab in Homs, Syria. In this role, I validated laboratory test reports, authorized personnel for testing, assessed laboratory capabilities, and managed procurement, maintenance, and calibration of laboratory equipment.

Currently, I am working as a Quality Control Analyst at Orontes Investments L.L.C in Dubai. Here, I perform thorough microbiological and chemical analyses to ensure the quality of both raw materials and finished products. I also manage and maintain optimal conditions for storage and handling to preserve the integrity of the product.

Throughout my career, I have gained several certifications such as Person in Charge with Merit from TSI Quality Services and Certified Quality Manager from TÜV SÜD Middle East L.L.C. I also have training in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and ISO standards.

My professional journey reflects my strong foundation in both theoretical and practical aspects of chemistry, my commitment to excellence, and my expertise in quality assurance and ISO standards. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Sciences from Albaath University, Department of Pure Chemistry, Homs. During my studies, I specialized in Structural Chemistry, Chemical Combustions, and Laboratory Fundamentals. I gained proficiency in preparing solutions, determining pH levels, and analyzing reaction rates.

I also conducted qualitative analyses of ions and elements as well as organic reaction mechanisms. Emphasizing laboratory safety, I mastered various separation techniques and chromatographic detection methods.

I have earned the distinguished ‘Person in Charge’ certification with merit from TSI Quality Services, Dubai, which demonstrates a thorough grasp of the responsibilities associated with quality control and assurance.

I have also obtained certification as a Certified Quality Manager from TÜV SÜD Middle East L.L.C. The program sharpened my expertise in the principles of quality management, with an emphasis on customer satisfaction, leadership engagement, and continuous improvement.

I have received training in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) from the Syrian Center For ISO Experts, Homs. This training emphasized the importance of quality assurance and the manufacturing of pharmaceutical products.

I have successfully completed a comprehensive course on ISO/IEC 17025:2017, the foremost standard for establishing laboratory technical competence and reliability. The training provided an in-depth understanding of the criteria necessary for testing and calibration laboratories’ competence.

I have also completed an exhaustive course on ISO 9001:2015, the internationally acclaimed standard for quality management systems. The course offered a thorough comprehension of quality management principles that are crucial for any organization seeking to improve its performance.
