• Checked received products and issue GRNs. Managed and controlled inventory and maintained adequate inventory movement documentation.

Prepared the follows reports: procurement, Clearance, Transportation and Warehouse operations report.

• Received the original documents of the shipping & scanning (bill of lading, certificate of origin, packing list, invoice), Prepared invoice. Contacted with Clerance agent and sent the invoice, Deposit request.

• Followed-up with the clearance agent, about shipping of vehicles and transportation schedule. Sent require documents to the Ministry of Commerce, to a stamped Proforma invoice.
