A confident and reliable Sales Manager & IT support engineer with 20 years of extensive practical experience working with computers and various types of reports, as well as resolving any support issues raised at the service desk and possessing a proven ability to administer and control the operation, configuration, and maintenance of computer-based information systems, as well as having an eye for detail and being able to multi-task under pressure. *Good knowledge in making new contracts with big customers and increasing sales
*Good knowledge in administering Windows Servers.
*Active Directory installation, configuring roles like DNS, DHCP, File Service, Print server, etc.
*Experienced in administering and troubleshooting Firewalls from Sonicwall and Cyberoam. Configuring VPNs between various sites, implementing zone-level content filtering, Intrusion Prevention Policies, DHCP, etc.
*Installation and configuration of VMware ESXi servers and virtualizing the environment. Creation and managing guest operating systems, troubleshooting guest OS, P2V migration, managing resource pools, configuring & managing HA & Vmotion
*Familiar with managed antivirus solutions –Trend Micro Enterprise Security Suite.
*Experienced in managing and administering backup applications like Symantec Backup Exec, VMware data recovery using IBM Tape autoloaders, Dell autoloaders, and online backup solutions like Carbonite online backups.
*Experienced in installation and troubleshooting of OSs like Windows 98/2000/XP/2003, 2008, Windows 7, and Windows 8. Win10
*Hands-on experience in assembling, installing, and basic troubleshooting of IBM x3650 M3, Dell PowerEdge 2950, and Cisco UCS C210 M2 servers.
Experience in RAID levels RAID0, RAID1, RAID 5
