• Identifying and responding to potential issues.
• Prepare procurement instructions
• Project Reports for clients/consultants.
• Delegate project task to Project/site engineers, procurement dept,sub cont. etc.
• Close coordination with Project team and sub cont.
• Coordination with DM/DCD/DDA/DPS/Nakheel/Emaar/MAF Approvals.
• Project payment certificate& Billing.
• Cross check IFC drawings and details prior to execution w.r.t site and feasibility check.
• Providing technical guidance/solutions to design team
• Project completion and close outs
