Herlouie Sabejon

I, Herlouie Moya Sabejon, 30 years of age, single, and a graduate of Notre Dame University- Philippines batch 2012. I wish to apply as a staff nurse in your institution and be part in one of the best and reputable institution in the Emirates. I took and passed the June 2012 Philippine Licensure Examination and passed the HAAD Licensure examination for nurses last March 1, 2017.

I possess skills to be part of the health care team, assume primary accountability for nursing coordination and provision of individualized care for patient of all ages. Will utilized delegation and critical thinking skills to provide quality service through a team oriented, collaborative approach to patient care. Will interact with patients, families, visitors, and all members of the healthcare team to develop, coordinate and manage the plan of care.

Will demonstrate knowledge of the principles of life span growth and development and assess data reflecting of the patient’s status. I respect culture differences and treat all races fair and just.
