Child Development Observation: Writing and reviewing detailed observation reports to monitor and support each child's individual progress, ensuring that developmental milestones are met.
Activity Planning: Designing and implementing a variety of engaging and educational activities tailored to the developmental needs of children, promoting cognitive, social, and emotional growth.
Healthy Eating Initiatives: Actively researching and integrating national and local healthy eating initiatives into the nursery curriculum, particularly recent efforts in Manchester, Leeds, and Liverpool, to encourage lifelong healthy habits in children.
