I have strong knowledge of both the Cambridge Key Stage One Curriculum and the Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum. This invaluable experience has enabled me to join the international teaching community. One of my key strengths is adapting my lesson plans to cater to students of different ability levels.

I excel at designing lessons that align with the interests of my students. Additionally, I engage in continuous assessment to meet each child's individual needs. By working closely with colleagues and the Inclusion team, I ensure that learners with additional needs are identified early and receive the necessary support.

This strategy helps me to enhance learning for high-achieving students while addressing learning gaps for those in the middle or lower ability ranges.
