Experience of dealing with payroll processing for large populations and UAE gratuity calculations, good knowledge of UAE HR practices, good IT skills (Word, excel, adobe, PowerPoint, publisher and Outlook), good communication skills both written and verbal, excellent planning and organizing skills, discretion and confidentiality when dealing with personal and sensitive information. The ability to take the initiative by identifying what needs to be done and doing it before the situation requires it. The ability to demonstrate a flexible approach and support for innovation and organizational change.
