• Overseeing the aluminized steel sheet fabrication and preparation of metal jacketing (cladding) of different items (i.e. Dome Heads, Segment Bends, Reducers, Elbows,) for Heat exchangers, Vessels and Piping.
• Painting, Preparation of surfaces (SA2, 2.5, SA3) and applications of primer, mid coat and final coat with different paint system used for different services of line.
• Thermal Insulation on piping and equipments and its different types (Hot, cold and acoustic); Mineral wool, cellular glass & PIR

 Monitored the operations to ensure that they meet QMS standards; recommended adjustments to the assembly or manufacturing process.
