Responsible for all company vehicles and fleet operations in general, including management, maintenance, insurance, and overall operational support.

• Manage the company's entire fleet of vehicles and ensure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.
• Oversee vehicle maintenance, servicing, repair, and regular inspections to ensure all vehicles are in excellent condition.
• Handle all aspects of vehicle insurance including obtaining policies, renewals, claims, and ensuring full coverage compliance.
• Manage vehicle registration, renewal, passing, and compliance with UAE traffic and RTA regulations.
• Coordinate with insurance companies, workshops, and government authorities for smooth and timely services.
• Ensure vehicles are properly insured, licensed, and roadworthy at all times.
• Track and monitor vehicle expenses including fuel, maintenance, insurance, and other related costs.
• Manage drivers, assign vehicles, plan routes, and ensure timely transportation services.
