Working with leading main contractors and developers within and surrounding areas of London whilst overseeing a variety of sub-contract packages. During my time with Keylon Interiors I have been able to implement my broad experience to manage packages across a multiple sites at one given time. Working closely with senior client representatives as well as managing site operatives.

Currently overseeing SFS, drylining, screed, window installation and decoration packages on 330+ units over 4 sites whilst recently final accounting a build of a School in Rainham, Essex with over 5% increase in margin from estimated target.

Working with DF Contractors has allowed me to actively implement my experience into a young and expanding sub-contractor. From developing an efficient and professional estimating process to managing numerous sites throughout construction phase through to completion, setting, implementing and meeting commercial targets. DF Contractors Ltd went from labour supply to supply and install in 2019 and has since grown healthily to securing drylining, SFS and façade packages ranging from £50k-£5m with a number of the UK's most reputable contractors and developers.

Quantity Surveyor - PIB Contractors Ltd - UK

Whilst working with PIB Contractors I was able to manage subcontract packages including drylining, façade, and carpentry on a variety of projects valuing from £2m - £5m. PIB are a fast developing subcontractor whose customers include the UK's largest developers and main contractors within the construction industry. Since joining the company, I have been able to be integrally involved in growing the company's revenue and reputation.

Quantity Surveyor - Midgard Ltd - Clapham Junction

Involved in the build of luxury residential development in Clapham Junction I was able to gain an insight in working for a prestigious main contractor. In my time within the company, my duties involved in preparing, negotiating and analysing costs for tenders and contracts varying from Drylining and internal finishes to external packages, co-ordinating between the operations team and subcontractor and providing valuable input throughout the project by providing advice about value engineering and cost management.

Joining Stanmore in 2015 I was able to expand on my professional skills within my role and gaining vast experience within the construction industry dealing with a range of subcontract packages. Throughout my time with the company I was able to work on a number of projects with contract values varying from £50k - £5m+ in London and surrounding areas.

Duties and responsibilities involved preparing and negotiation costs for tenders, controlling expenditure, reviewing and pricing variations, advising on legal and contractual issues, negotiating and finalising final accounts and producing robust, accurate and timely cost and value reports at both project and business unit level. Whilst working closely with a variety of developers and main contractors I have been able to build some great relationships resulting in continuous work with these clients.

Duties and responsibilities consist of customer and supplier negotiation and advising on the best suitable material or tool for their job, taking orders and organising deliveries, client relationship, promoting the business and yard management. This role has given a good insight into building and construction and has helped deliver a vast knowledge of building materials and uses along with development of business management skills
