Position Held: Assistant Construction Manager cum Project Civil Engineer

Duration: May 2017 to April 2021
➢ Direct coordinates and monitors the day to day activities of the site supervision team.
➢ Ensures that the construction works carried out, achieves the stages within reasonable time as set to forth in the approved construction plan of the project.
➢ Coordinates and arranges with relevant company departments for timely allocation of Labour, tools, equipment, machinery, materials, finance and other resources. Ensures that the material is as per specifications, and contract.
➢ Monitors sub-contractors’ compliance with quality, time, and budget parameters for the project. ➢ Prepares and presents regular progress reports to the Project/Construction Manager. Arranges for Information, reports, documents and clarification sought by the Project team and /or the Client, Consultant, Main Contractor, Regulatory Authorities.
➢ Attends Consultant/Client weekly site progress meeting.
➢ Performs other duties as assigned by the Construction/Project Manager.
➢ Project-in-charge for all construction activities such excavation for foundation and utilities, Rebar and Concrete works and Finishing works.
➢ Site execution and supervision.
➢ Responsible for preparing steel bars bar and cutting list schedule.
➢ Supervise all construction activities including quality assurance, handle special project from execution, supervision and monitoring.
➢ Site survey & setting out.
➢ Prepares manpower allocation daily report.
➢ Prepares weekly and monthly progress report
➢ Take off bill of quantities when required.
➢ Conduct inspection and approval for sub-contractors work prior for final hand over.
➢ Prepares subcontractors progress billing report & measurement quantity verification prior for payment invoices purposes.
➢ Coordinates with the subcontractors such as electromechanical works & HDD - NDRC and Cabling subcontractor
Bachelor Degree : Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
Graduated at: Western Institute of Technology at Iloilo City Philippines
