Carrying out variance analysis to determine difference between projected & actual results and implementing corrective actions.
MIS Maintenance like Sales Analysis Reports, Stock Analysis Reports and Consumption Analysis Reports.
Preparing Cost Control Sheet on monthly basis Division wise
Assisting in preparing Selling Price of products considering top line cost and bottom-line cost
