Accounts Receivable Supervisor to manage the AR team and ensure the smooth and timely collection of outstanding payments from more than 450 customers. With my Accountant credential and over eight years of experience in the AR field, I have the skills and knowledge to handle complex and challenging situations and deliver optimal results.

My core competencies include Oversee Accounts Receivable , credit control, dispute resolution, and customer relationship management. I have demonstrated my ability to recover disputed overdue payments worth 7 million within two months during the Covid period, and received appreciation for zero order loss by credit control from the management. My mission is to optimize the cash flow and minimize the credit risk for the company, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
