With over 18 years of progressive experience in IT service delivery, cloud ERP infrastructure, network operations, and enterprise digital transformation across the UAE and Kuwait, I bring a proven ability to align technology strategy with business objectives while leading high-performing teams across multi-site environments.
In my most recent role as Senior IT Service Delivery Lead at Dunkin’ UAE, I served as the sole escalation point for L1–L3 technical support, maintaining 99%+ system uptime across all UAE and Kuwait locations. I led a full enterprise POS transformation from NCR Aloha to POSist SaaS, overseeing hardware assessment, data migration, staff training, and go-live support — significantly improving billing efficiency and centralising data management. I also administered Azure Cloud, Microsoft 365, and Entra ID environments, enforced identity and access management policies, and managed Cisco Meraki SD-WAN configurations to ensure network redundancy across all sites.
Throughout my career, I have demonstrated the ability to manage complex IT ecosystems end-to-end — from LAN/WAN network design and ERP integrations at MRM Group of Companies, to enterprise server administration and infrastructure mentoring at UAQ Petroleum Co. My ITIL-aligned approach to incident, change, and problem management, combined with hands-on expertise in tools like JIRA, Spiceworks, Azure DevOps, and AWS, enables me to drive measurable improvements in service quality and operational efficiency.
I hold a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) from Bharathiar Universit and a COBIT Foundation in IT Governance.
