- Contribution to the designing & implementing of new and or existing HR policies and procedures.
- Administrating existing policies in line with the requirements of the business.
- Leading HR Induction for new joiners, manage employee separation, grievances, and disciplinary procedures.
- Ensuring all employee files & records, reports and logs pertaining to HR procedures are maintained and up to date.
- Overseeing the routine/day-to-day workflow of other team members in the department.
- Ensuring monthly payroll checks are done and guide the line managers on the process.
- Plan, coordinate and implement all activities within HR Services to meet all section and team objectives.
