Regularly coordinating with CEO during the visit of the VVIP's.*Organising all requirements for the guest visits for the function.*Making sure that all staff follow protocol of the guests.Monitoring all daily jobs related to food & beverage, store supplies, housekeeping, landscaping, animals and pets, maintenance,outside contractors, securities and making sure all the area is well prepared for the guest use.
