Joanne Liquido

My name is Joanne Liquido, and I am a Teacher Librarian currently working at Al Rayaheen Charter School in Al Ain, Abu Dhabi. With a strong background in library management, reading advocacy, and educational support, I strive to create engaging learning spaces that inspire students to develop a lifelong love for reading. I am also a trained ISO Auditor and have experience in organizing, multitasking, and managing documentation efficiently.

Outside of work, I enjoy reading novels and watching Korean and Japanese dramas, which reflect my interest in languages and culture.

Joanne Liquido is an experienced Teacher Librarian with over 4 years of professional experience in academic, special, and school library settings. She currently works at Al Rayaheen Charter School in Al Ain, Abu Dhabi, where she manages library operations, conducts engaging reading activities, and organizes literacy programs that promote a love for reading among students. Joanne is also a trained ISO Auditor, skilled in documentation, organization, and quality management.

In addition to her school role, she has part-time tutoring experience, providing tailored academic support to students. Her expertise combines library management, instructional support, and administrative efficiency, driven by a genuine passion for literacy and lifelong learning.

Joanne Liquido earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Library and Information Science and successfully passed her professional licensure examination in the same year. Her academic background provided a strong foundation in information management, cataloging, research, and library operations, supporting her professional growth in various library settings.
