Following the conclusion of my professional playing career, I began coaching and attaining my UEFA qualifications. I have accumulated extensive experience in developing elite youth players within professional academy environments, including Greenock Morton FC and Rangers FC. I possess proven expertise in creating high-performance cultures, designing player-centred development programmes, and delivering tactical and technical coaching that drives both individual progression and team success.

• Coach at Elite Disability Sports Club | 2017-01 - 2022-12: Leveraged personal experience following a life-changing workplace accident and eight years as a wheelchair user to inspire participation, resilience, and inclusion. Led a community-focused disability sports organisation dedicated to increasing participation and awareness of adaptive sport opportunities.: Designed and delivered inclusive sports programmes across secondary schools throughout Glasgow and surrounding areas, promoting disability awareness and participation Educated teachers and school staff on inclusive coaching practices, enabling greater accessibility and engagement for pupils with disabilities Successfully secured £24,000 in external funding through partnerships with The Area Partnership, The National Lottery, and the Professional Footballers' Association (PFA) Procured specialist sports equipment, including powerchairs for children with cerebral palsy and sports wheelchairs, which were subsequently donated to schools and community programmes
