As a Senior Director of Transformation at Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), I lead and manage teams of business improvement specialists, focusing on solving client problems and improving customer experiences. With over 12 years of experience in consulting and transformation, I have developed expertise across a broad suite transformation lenses, with particular strengths in operating model & organisational design, process improvement and operational excellence.
