As a Senior Director of Transformation at Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), I lead and manage teams of business improvement specialists, focusing on solving client problems and improving customer experiences. With over 12 years of experience in consulting and transformation, I have developed expertise across a broad suite transformation lenses, with particular strengths in operating model & organisational design, process improvement and operational excellence. I have done this both as an individual contributor and as a leader of multi-disciplinary teams, working across complex matrixed organisations as an external consultant and internal transformation leader.
Currently a Senior Transformation Director at Jones Lang LaSalle, with over 12 years experience, heading up the global Operating Model Advisory and Organisation Design teams (c. 7 FTE). Previously an engagement manager at a boutique operations / service improvement consultancy and prior to that at PwC in consulting. Broad multi-discipline knowledge of operations design and improvement across multiple sectors, with a particular lean towards Finance and Real Estate.
