Working Responsibilities:
- Prepare quantity takeoff from drawings and tender documents and pre tender queries.
- We participate in various tender like hotels, commercial & residential buildings, Villas, warehouses, industrial plants etc.
- Interact and coordinate with the Client, Main Contractors and Consultant regarding specific scope required by them and submission of tender offer.
- Float enquiries for material and sub-contractors works to follow up with vendors for quotations and evaluate them.
- Attend site visits, meeting with client/consultant for pre and post tender clarifications.
- Coordinate with other discipline engineers for proper estimation.
- Prepare list of equipment, skilled and unskilled manpower requirements and assist planning engineer in preparing manpower histogram, project schedule etc.
- Prepare the complete offer of the tendered project.
- Ensure all tenders will be submitted on time.
- Finalize bid offer letter and for signature of our Managing Director.
- Estimated more than 100 projects.
