• Created the initial architectural blueprints and matured these by fostering collaborative working practices across teams to deliver a democratized AWS data lake and Snowflake data warehouse servicing more than 700 analytical users with a focus to use modern cloud-based engineering techniques to facilitate empowered teams operating within commonly agreed guiderails and principles.
• Have been responsible for solution and data architecture resources working across multiple agile engineering teams delivering a single corporate data repository that encompasses Functional and non-functional capabilities required for data like data governance, data cataloguing, data lineage, data retention, Security, compliance, alerting and logging, Ownership, and democratization of data.
• Experienced in handling migration projects end – end implementation experience (Lift &Shift, Reengineering and Refactoring projects).

• Designed and developed re-usable components like metadata driven Ingestion framework, Data Lake layer design and definitions, Role based access management, Governance policies and checklist to ensure governance and Security, Metadata driven testing framework for migration projects to reduce efforts and promote automation.

• Designed and facilitated courses for analyst and consultant trainings and have developed content for 5-day Data Analyst & Engineer course.
