With over 26 years of experience in hospitality across Zimbabwe, India and the Middle East (25 years) , I specialize in F&B concept development, implementation, and operations. As an established brand developer / operator I have an intricate and in-depth understanding of all aspects of the food & beverage industry with specific knowledge of controls, measured sales environments, and value chain integration.
With an inspirational, entrepreneurial background, I have built my portfolio utilizing a developed consultative approach, a consistent drive for success and a keen analytical eye, to management, with brands like Gloria Jeans Coffees, Caffe Nero, Tim Hortons, Oporto and recently with Artisan Bakers.
I have a proven track record in business growth, performance and a broad amount of successful experience in both coffee shops, 3 Coffee Universities, and QSR businesses, and over the years this has been complimented by detailed experience with operations, product (food) development and supply chain.
