Operations Manager ( Civil Engineer)

I’m an Operations Manager (Civil Engineer ) of Aldil Group, a civil engineer focusing on upgrading the company through the cooperative work organized between management and employees. In this role I was able to lead the company from scratch until the completion of more than 25 projects and hand it over Dubai government, by bringing the appropriate laborers, negotiating with the clients then costing and rating the project, after I implemented and handover on time. Our most exciting work to date was creating a social media and online advertising campaign that generated enormous media buzz and was key to the successful launch of the company, which helped us taking projects from the government. Not only did we have fun creating that campaign, but also we found it rewarding to see the results.
Before joining Aldil Group, I worked for three contracting companies — Reem Building Maintenace, Al Holi, and Rock Technology –- and was lucky enough to work with amazing clients such as the Ministry of Public Works, the Ministry of Interior, China State Construction Civil & Infrastructure Division, and KEO International Consultants.
I’m truly passionate about my work and always eager to connect with other companies. While I enjoy all aspects of my job, I think my favorite stage of a project is working with the client or consultant to understand his or her work's objectives. As we go through that collaborative process, the ideas start to flow and that’s always the fun part.
I have a Master's degree in Civil Engineering (Water Resources) from Islamic University - Gaza and a Bachelor's from the same university.
