• Review of received Bids and preparing the base schedules for submission along with technical submittals.

• Conducting site visits regularly to ensure implementation as per Standards and specifications, conduct audits on the progress and costs.
• Preparing periodic reports on the status of various projects under spectrum.
• Procurement of the material as per project specifications from approved vendors. 
• Cost control and ensuring the quality of material.
• Preparing Shop drawings and as built drawings.
• Operation, development and maintenance of landscape sites.
• Designing, installing and maintenance of automatic Irrigation system 
• Follow up daily, weekly and monthly maintenance programs.

• Attend site & coordinate meetings with the Client.
• Prepare monthly progress reports 
• Inspect & witness on site landscape works & check planting material.
• Assist in the vetting of the landscape variation works.
• Assist the Management in resolving site problems and conflicts among contractor and utilities authorities in relation to landscape and civil works and interface.
• Prepare and/or check site measurement of landscaping and civil works.
• Assist the Company in resolving site problems and conflicts among contractor and utilities authorities in relation to landscape works and interfaces.
• Report to the Management and identify remedial action for any damage to existing landscape works.
• Check Contractor’s landscape submission (materials, samples, laboratory test reports, method statements including temporary work and establishment works etc.) against contract requirements.
• Prepare defects/snag lists, supervise and inspect rectification (including replanting) works for completion & compliance, arrange pre-handover meetings for landscape works.
• Supervise, control and direct the work of the landscape site staff assigned.
• Inspect & witness on site Civil and landscape works & material inspection.
• Assist in the vetting of the landscape variation works.
• Assist the Management in resolving site problems and conflicts.
• Review of drawings related to landscaping works. 
• Inspection of construction activities on the site as per Aramco engineering standards and specifications.
• Raising RFI’s for Aramco Inspectors (Client Engineer) for construction activities and tests.
• Daily Inspection of punch lists for finishing works including civil and landscaping.
• Material receiving inspections and assurance of proper storage of civil and landscape material.
