With over two decades of IT experience in the UAE, I am a product owner at Department of Education and Knowledge - ADEK, where I work with a scrum team to deliver an enterprise student information system. My mission is to enable agile transformation across various sectors, such as education, health, immigration, and housing, and to facilitate the delivery of high-quality and user-centric solutions.
As a product owner, I collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and designers to define and prioritize the product backlog, create user stories and acceptance criteria, and validate the product increment. As a scrum master certified since 2011, I also coach and support the scrum team and the organization to adopt and implement agile principles and practices. My expertise and passion are in leveraging agile frameworks, such as scrum and kanban, to deliver complex software solutions.
