Review and report strategic objectives, milestones and action plans for Engineering and Services Group of Al Shirawi
Driving digitization and process automation through established focus groups and governing councils
Implementing business excellence modules and conduct business excellence audits with the group of certified professionals to meet various ISO/EFQM requirements
QHSE performance monitoring and conduct leadership workarounds
Implementation of Lean manufacturing programmes and process optimisation initatives for improved throughputs
Develop subcontractor’s development programs with well -established sub-contractors control processes
Streamline preventive actions through implementation of innovative ideas flagged for implementation
Conduct QHSE management review meetings, policies and procedures review to ensure continual improvement of the sound management system
Conduct lesson learned sessions to ensure organizational knowledge is well updated
Establish ethics policies, business continuity plan and resilience management system for adequate risk management.
Review employee welfare, wellness and psychological safety (ISO 45003 guidelines)
Review balance score card and organizational goals on a quarterly basis.
Conduct customer and other stakeholder’s satisfaction surveys and monitoring results against the defined targets.
