- Design and implementation of HSEMS in line with Dubai code /ADOSH COP of practice and standards
- Design and monitor HSE action tracking registers
- Ensures safety compliance to the company policy, government regulations and international standards/ regulations
- Anticipates health & safety requirements of work activity
- Recommend solutions to issues, improvement opportunities or new prevention measures
- Report on health and safety awareness, issues and statistics
- Conducts inspection and prepares Risk assessment of work activities to implement safe work practice and condition
- Prepares safety operating procedures of work and equipment used in project sites
- Recommends the suspension of activity / activities in the project where eminent danger to employees and company property exists
- Investigates and documents accidents, near miss & loss-producing incidents
- Compiles & analyses accidents / near miss & other safety statistical data
- Coordinates emergency response requirements in preparation for and during the occurrence of safety emergency or natural calamity
- Assist in activities such as safety trainings and education, inspection and safety audits
- Coordinates to lead person for the procurement of safety equipment's / PPEs

- Sounds knowledge and experience in implementing and monitoring PTW System
- Coordinates and monitors safety programs and activities and submit reports to the HSE Manager & Project Director
