I am an experienced vehicle rental and fleet operations professional with strong hands-on knowledge of car and van hire, customer bookings, vehicle deliveries and collections, damage inspections, supplier coordination, and day-to-day rental operations.
I have managed rental processes from enquiry through to vehicle handover and return, including customer communication, booking confirmations, vehicle condition checks, cleaning standards, rental agreements, insurance/excess handling, and resolving operational issues quickly.
