-Support multiple databases 100+ of high complexity with multiple concurrent users, ensuring control, integrity and accessibility of the data.
-Work with Project Managers to deliver systems and projects on time
- Install, configure, administer and troubleshoot Oracle server software, application tools and related products.
- Execute any required database upgrades and migrations (patches etc.)
- Allocate system storage requirements for database systems with continuous re-evaluation of database architecture.
- Implement and maintain database security as per standards, control and monitor user access to the database as per policies and apply audit trails.
- Data Guard, Golden Gate implementation and support.
- RAC configuration and support.
- OEM setup and monitoring
- Monitoring and tuning performance using Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control 13.2 and AWR report and taking preventive or corrective action as required.
- Administer and test backup and recovery plans that adhere to organization policies and archiving rules by RMAN process.
- Provide 1st level support to databases’ users and developers with on-call service.
- Optimize and tune databases' performance, calculate optimum values for database parameters.
- apply Extract Transfer Load (ETL) processes related to data warehouse, ensure that archiving procedures are applied and functioning correctly using Data Pump (Expdp, Impdp) tools.
- Prepare and submit accurate and insight reports, reviews and analyses to business HOSs.
-Build DB and shell scripts automating the daily operations of database management.
- Monitor transactions between application systems and the database to identify and improve inefficiencies.
- Coordinate with business support teams, system administration team for database related activities.
- Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization documentation and standards.
- Support TABS 6.11 systems: CRM, core Billing system, Mediation, databases and application servers.
