- Preparing meetings and establishing the owner's association for each tower separately in the real estate registration department and following up their files in the company and department.
- Reviewing the real estate market conditions from time to time regarding selling or leasing and following up on the necessary developments.
- Establishment of a second company under the name of IBTIKAR management and operation facilities. All workers, including cleaners and maintenance workers, were organized within this company.
- Dealing with new owners in terms of following up and supervising their financial, legal, administrative and real estate matters from the first meeting until its continuity in the management of the tower.
- Leasing the property and dealing with the tenant financially, administratively and even legally by opening and following-up cases
