• Embedded with Indra (Spain) team throughout system installation — monitored full build, integration, and validation
• Built the service dependency map from scratch — mapped all inter-service interactions through system analysis and staff interviews
• Identified and formally reported security vulnerabilities within the system architecture
• Designed and delivered a 3-month training curriculum — full onboarding for new admins + accelerated upskilling for existing staff

• Evaluated multiple computer vision models — selected YOLOv5 (latest at the time) for object detection
• Extended YOLOv5 with visual servoing (ONVIF) for camera control and 2D Kalman filter for trajectory prediction
• Applied transfer learning on a custom military dataset — manually labeled data and generated segmentation masks
• Rebuilt the Dockerfile after modifying YOLOv5 source code; generated REST API for dashboard integration
