Project/Program Management of projects and technical studies in multiple hybrid mining, metallurgical, infrastructure and logistics integrated projects following detailed frameworks (PFS, FS, BFS, FID & execution) aligned with multiple stakeholder expectations.

Qualified Person, Qualified for Minerals Reporting, Chartered Engineer in Materials, Minerals & Mining and MBA with over 20 years leadership experience. Multibillion dollar project responsibility within Mining, Metals and Resources Industries with extensive technical, finance and project direction skills in multiple complex projects environments with full knowledge of the mining investment lifecycle: sourcing, project screening, due diligences sell side /buy side, IC/board reviews, project design, feasibility studies, study management, financial modelling, cost management, EPCM, EPC and contract management, team management, performance improvement, restructurings and divestments, assessment and integration of ESG-related issues to decision-making.
Leading studies and management of the construction of mining and processing of several mega projects, an $18bn, 100 mtpa iron ore project, three nickel-cobalt laterite projects totalling 75 mtpa total and a 3 bnt Copper-Gold porphyry, independent consulting services for several other projects at diverse levels (US, Brazil, West Africa, etc.) supporting investment committees decisions, studies, construction approval, permitting, project development and capex and opex optimization.
