I provide functional application and ERP support with hands-on involvement in system configuration, testing, and implementation across key modules including Inventory, Procurement, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Accounting. I work closely with business stakeholders to analyze processes, identify gaps, and translate requirements into effective ERP solutions aligned with standard operating procedures.

My responsibilities include user training and ongoing support to ensure system adoption, monitoring data integrity and workflow performance, and preparing reports, dashboards, and process documentation to support informed decision-making. I also ensure ERP operations comply with internal policies and industry standards. In addition, I have experience managing an e-commerce platform to support customer engagement and lead generation, demonstrating flexibility across operational and digital initiatives.

• Provide complete support for ERP modules including Inventory, Procurement, Sales, CRM, HR, Asset Management, Helpdesk, Fleet, and HSE. 
• Participate in ERP configuration, testing, and implementation to ensure alignment with business requirements and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Build and manage the company’s e-commerce website, designed to showcase products, attract new clients, and generate online sales leads.
• Collaborate closely with department heads to translate business needs into functional ERP solutions that improve efficiency and data consistency.
• Ensure all ERP related operations comply with internal policies, country regulations, and industry protocols.
• Possess strong understanding of business workflows across departments including Sales, Supply Chain, Inventory, HR, and Finance, ensuring system alignment with operational needs.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and process documentation to support management decisions and improve operational transparency.
• Provide ongoing user training and support to promote system adoption and adherence to organizational procedures.
• Monitor data integrity and workflow performance, identifying and implementing process improvements.
• Participate in business process reviews to identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement.
