- Facilitate negotiations of new leases, sub-leases, renewals, and expansions, and review lease documentation in accordance with the ADIB's policies and procedures

- Execute new lease agreements for ADIB, ensuring contractual terms align with the bank's interests, and all risks are effectively mitigated through landlord negotiations or formal risk acceptance, in compliance with legal and Sharia requirements
