Mahi Gandhi

My name is Mahi Kaur Gandhi, and I’ve been born and brought up in India.

For the past 2 years and 7 months, I’ve worked as an Associate, Senior Associate and a Specialist - Transactional Service at Marsh and Mclennan. Prior to which I was working at Manpreet Enterprises i.e. a private finance company dealing with vehicles for 2 years as a Customer Service Executive.

I have some background in customer service as well as reinsurance while making good relations with client, broker as well as the reinsurers

I have completed my MBA in Financial Management from NMIMS, Mumbai - India and graduated with a degree of Bachelors of Banking and Insurance from Mumbai University. What really got me into the field, though, was the first 6months of the contract period working at Marsh and Mclennan

Throughout my career, I’ve noticed that I’ve always been good with client relationships, query handling and completing complex accounts.

For example, when I was working Marsh and Mclennan (Guy Carp), a new team was formed where out of 200-300 employees at Guy Carp I was selected to be a part of the new team and complex accounts for clients situated in Dubai and South Africa which gave me confident and achieved two certificates for providing great service to the client.
